This fabulous aerial photo was taken from a radio-controlled glider, looking south east.
The top left row of trees grow on the Kings Hill Barrows, which are indistinct on this low-resolution web picture. They are clearly visible at high resolution. The faint line leading from Stonehenge to the left, across the road is the Avenue, the original Ceremonial entrance.
